short ribs
Did you know you can choose to cut your short ribs regular or as strips? usually about a half-inch thick, that goes across the bones. Resulting in a thinner strip of meat with four to five pieces of bone in it.
Ground Beef
Included in every beef order is a fair portion of American Wagyu Ground Beef. 30% of the ground beef will be premade into hamburger patties ensuring BBQ fun all year long!
Denver steak
One of the increasingly popular cuts of meat that comes from the rich chuck roasts. Denver steaks are tender, with nice beefy flavor, and they feature a good amount of marbling.
